PREPARATION:
DA'BIOLUPI is prepared like coffee. It is particularly well-suited for filter brewing or French pressing, but can also be used with a finer grind in an espresso machine. Since lupin coffee expands more during brewing than regular coffee, a smaller dose is recommended. However, the full flavor is always retained.

DURABILITY:
Best before 12 months from the roasting date. We recommend enjoying the lupin coffee within 6 months. Please store in a dry place, away from light.

*) IMPORTANT NOTE:
Whole roasted lupins are harder than coffee beans and can damage the grinding mechanism of standard fully automatic coffee machines or espresso grinders. We therefore recommend using them only in ground form in the powder compartment or with a suitable commercial grinder.
