Our lupin coffee in the baker's magazine BACKPAPIER

We are thrilled to be featured in the Christmas winter issue of BACKPAPIER magazine (12/25). Coffee & Enjoyment: An insight into the DUNKELSTEINER COFFEE roastery and the world of organic and lupin coffee.

From travel agency to coffee roastery

In the article, Petra recounts how, as a child, she experimented with her parents' coffee grinder and machine, and later, during her apprenticeship as a travel agent, travelled to coffee plantations in Brazil. Years later, she followed her heart, turned her passion into a profession, and in 2018 began roasting Arabica coffee beans in the Dunkelsteinerwald forest with great curiosity, courage, and a delicate touch. Soon after, she added lupin coffee, which immediately won the "Organic Product of the Year 2023" award. A strong indication of where she's headed.
